Wasatch Revenue Systems LLC ("Wasatch Revenue Systems," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website wasatchrevenue.com (the "Site") and provides revenue recovery services to HVAC and plumbing contractors. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have.

By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. When you complete a form, request a Revenue Leak Snapshot™, book a Revenue Leak Audit™, or otherwise contact us, we may collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (when you provide it)
  • Information about your business, including trade, number of trucks, call volume, and follow-up process
  • Any other information you choose to include in messages to us

Payment information. When you purchase a service, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full payment card number on our servers. Stripe processes your payment information under its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • Your IP address and approximate location
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, and time spent on the Site
  • Referring website or source

This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Notice for details. We use Cloudflare to deliver and secure the Site; Cloudflare may process IP addresses, browser information, and security-related data for performance, security, and content-delivery purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, deliver, and improve our services, including the Revenue Leak Audit™
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • Process payments and fulfill orders
  • Send you transactional messages, such as booking confirmations, audit status updates, and service-related notices
  • Send you text messages where you have given consent (see Section 3)
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program

If you provide your phone number and check the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Wasatch Revenue Systems related to your request, audit updates, and service updates.

  • Message frequency varies. You may receive messages based on your interactions with us and the status of your audit or service.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt back in.

  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is not a condition of receiving your Revenue Leak Snapshot™.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

Service providers. We share information with the third-party vendors that help us operate and deliver our services, including:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • GoHighLevel — customer relationship management and communications
  • Twilio — text message delivery
  • Webflow — website hosting
  • Cloudflare — performance, security, and content delivery
  • Google Workspace — email and business productivity
  • Termly — cookie consent management
  • Loom — hosting and delivery of private audit walkthrough videos
  • n8n — workflow automation
  • CallRail — call tracking and analytics

These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wasatch Revenue Systems, our clients, or others.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will require any successor to honor this Privacy Policy.

As stated in Section 3, text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, and mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Cookies and Tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate, analyze usage, and improve performance. For details on the cookies we use and how to manage them, see our Cookie Notice.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Access and correction. You may request access to or correction of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Deletion. You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
  • Marketing emails. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email. We may still send you service-related messages.
  • Text messages. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, as described in Section 3.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Review their privacy policies before providing information.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
