These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website wasatchrevenue.com (the "Site") and the services provided by Wasatch Revenue Systems LLC ("Wasatch Revenue Systems," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms.
Wasatch Revenue Systems LLC is a Utah-based revenue operations consultancy. We install revenue recovery infrastructure — including call capture, lead response, estimate follow-up, pipeline visibility, and customer reactivation — for owner-operated HVAC and plumbing contractors. We are not a marketing agency, an advertising service, or a software company.
Our services are intended for business owners and operators. By using the Site or purchasing a service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business.
The Revenue Leak Audit™ is a diagnostic service that examines five areas of your operation — call capture, lead response speed, estimate follow-up, pipeline visibility, and customer retention — and delivers a documented set of findings.
We back every Revenue Leak Audit™ with the 3-Opportunity Guarantee.
If we cannot identify at least three actionable revenue recovery opportunities in your operation, we will refund your audit fee in full.
For purposes of this guarantee, an "actionable revenue recovery opportunity" means a specific, documented issue in call capture, lead response, estimate follow-up, pipeline visibility, or customer retention that can reasonably be addressed through process, tracking, automation, or follow-up improvements.
The guarantee applies only when you have completed intake and provided the information reasonably required to perform the audit. Refund requests are evaluated against the documented findings delivered in your audit, and must be submitted within 30 days of audit delivery.
For clients who proceed to a Revenue Recovery Install™, we stand behind the work as follows:
If fewer than two recovered lead conversations are generated within 30 days while the required workflows remain active, Wasatch Revenue Systems will continue optimization efforts at no additional cost until that threshold is achieved.
This guarantee applies only while the installed workflows remain active and unmodified, and where you provide the access and information reasonably required to operate and optimize them. It is a commitment to continued optimization, not a cash refund.
The Revenue Recovery Install™ and Revenue Guard™ are separate engagements offered after an audit, when the audit data supports them. They are governed by separate agreements and are not included in the audit fee.
The Revenue Recovery Blueprint™ is a planning document and not an implementation agreement. It is included in your Revenue Leak Audit™ at no additional cost and ranks your top recovery opportunities with recommended actions. Receiving a Blueprint does not entitle you to, obligate us to perform, or include the cost of any installation work. Implementation is contracted separately under the Revenue Recovery Install™.
The Revenue Leak Audit™ identifies opportunities; it does not guarantee any specific financial outcome. Revenue leakage estimates and recovery projections provided in connection with our services are directional and based on industry averages and the information you provide. Actual results depend on factors outside our control, including your follow-through, your market, your team, and your execution. Except as expressly stated in the Install Guarantee in Section 6, we do not guarantee any specific amount of recovered revenue, recovered jobs, or return on investment.
Our services provide operational and process recommendations. We do not provide legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for ensuring your own compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including those governing telephone and text-message communications with your customers.

The Site and its content — including the names Wasatch Revenue Systems, Revenue Leak Audit™, Revenue Leak Snapshot™, Revenue IQ™ Assessment, Revenue Leakage Estimate™, Revenue Recovery Blueprint™, Recovery Opportunity Timeline™, Executive Summary™, Revenue Recovery Install™, and Revenue Guard™, along with our text, graphics, logos, and methodologies — are owned by Wasatch Revenue Systems LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
Deliverables we provide to you are licensed for use within your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our methodologies, templates, or deliverables without our written permission.
Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only for purposes of the engagement. We treat the operational data you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver and improve our services.
The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wasatch Revenue Systems LLC and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wasatch Revenue Systems LLC and its owner from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including any claims arising from communications you send to your own customers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wasatch Revenue Systems LLC regarding the Site and our services.
